Terms of purchase

Logopolis is run by PROMONET COMUNICACIONES SL (see the legal notice). These terms apply to everything you buy here. Questions: hola@logopoliscity.com.

What you buy

A one-time payment gives your brand a building on one lot of Logopolis for as long as the site operates. You do not acquire land, property, securities, tokens or any asset that can be resold. We mean to keep the city running for years; if we ever close it, we will tell owners by email at least 30 days before.

Review

Every building is reviewed before it opens. We refuse or remove content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, deceptive, infringes trademarks you do not own, or links to malware or scams. Refused buildings are refunded in full.

Your content

You confirm you own or may use the name, colours and logo you submit, and you allow us to display them in the city and in screenshots, videos and press about Logopolis.

Prices

Entry prices depend on the district and rise as the city fills up. Prices are in US dollars and include any VAT that applies; the price shown at checkout is final.

Value and rankings

A building's value is the total paid into it (its entry price, any amounts its owner adds later and the store upgrade), plus any value we add as a referral reward or promotion. Value sets the building's height and its place in the public rankings, and nothing else. It is not an investment, a balance or a currency: it earns nothing, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or refunded, and does not go down. Rankings may change at any time as other buildings grow.

Stores inside buildings

Owners who buy a store choose its products, pictures and links, and are responsible for them: they must be lawful, accurate and their own to show. We may remove products or pictures that break these terms without refund of the upgrade.

Referrals

Owners can share a referral link. A purchase made through it gets a discount on the entry price, and the referring building gains value. Referral rewards are value only, never money. Referring yourself, or any other abuse, may lead us to remove the rewards.

Enquiries

If you write to us from the events page we keep your name, email and message to reply and follow up, and delete them on request.

Right of withdrawal

What you buy is digital and delivered straight away: your building goes up (or grows, or opens its store) as soon as payment clears. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivered, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the EU otherwise have. If we can't deliver (for example, a building we refuse in review), you are refunded in full.

Refunds

Approved buildings are non-refundable except where required by law. If we take a building down for breaching these terms, no refund is due.

Our responsibility

The city is a creative space, offered as it is. We do our best to keep it online and your building as you designed it, but we don't promise any amount of traffic, clicks or sales for your brand. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; changes never take away what you already paid for. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live and may go to its courts.
