Visiting the city

You can explore without an account. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser keeps a few things locally (your building draft, a referral code from a link you followed, your explorer passport): they stay on your device. To show how many people are exploring, each open page sends a random identifier every 30 seconds; it is held in memory for about a minute and never linked to you. Opening a building's card or store, or following a link to a brand's site, adds one to that building's counters; we don't record who did it. To stop abuse, the server keeps IP addresses in memory for a few minutes when someone buys or writes to us; they are not stored.

Buying a lot

Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your card details and email address; we never see your card. We keep the email Stripe gives us with your purchase, to send you your private dashboard link and news about your building, and the details of your building (name, colours, logo, link, tagline, store products). The building itself is public: that is what you are buying. We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires.

Event enquiries

If you write to us from the events page we keep your name, email and message to reply and follow up, and delete them on request.

Who processes data for us

Stripe (payments), Hetzner (our server and database, in Germany) and Resend (sending our emails; it may process them outside the EU, with the safeguards EU law requires). Each acts on our instructions.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hola@logopoliscity.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
